Exceptional
Great location
Liked: Great location, easy walk to everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Clean and comfortable rooms and good facilities. Breakfast was good. Rooftop bar had great views and the food was good too. Didn't use the pool area but it was on the rooftop too and looked good too. Definitely stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing, all good!
Great hotel in a fantastic location
Liked: Lovely spacious and clean room.
Disliked: The standard rooms balcony view is just other parts of the hotel building so not the greatest views.
Perfect city break staying at a super hotel
Liked: Great location next to Las Setas. Walked everywhere easily from the hotel.
Disliked: We had a room overlooking Las Setas which was splendid for the view but noisy day and night. Reluctantly we asked to be moved which the hotel did for us.
Overall an excellent stay location couldn’t be better staff friendly room excellent

It was a great stay.with nice amenities
Liked: The location was near Las Setas, lots of restaurants near by, a very busy plaza. Hotel was very nice, clean, and great staff. Also near a taxi stand,so easy to get to the airport or train station.
Disliked: The only thing was our room had two steps between the bed and bathroom. It would be nice if there was maybe a couple of night lights on or around those steps, and maybe a hand rail. We are a bit stair challenged with bad knees.
