  Great location

  Liked: The location is perfect! Cool neighborhood with plenty of options. Walking distance from the main station- Santa Justa. Although the apartment is on the ground floor, it is quiet during the night

  Disliked: Es la primera vez en más de 10 años usando Booking que dejo una puntuación tan baja. Y aun así se queda corta: fue, por lejos, la peor experiencia que he tenido. Para empezar por lo positivo: el anfitrión fue amable y nos ofreció la posibilidad de hacer el check-in una hora antes. En la práctica, sin embargo, no solo no pudimos entrar antes, sino que terminamos accediendo incluso más tarde de lo previsto. El alojamiento es, literalmente, una cueva sin ventilación. Oscuro, incómodo y nada saludable para pasar más de unas horas. Había avisado previamente que llegábamos en coche y aun así el parking no estaba disponible. El baño es directamente un desastre: La puerta no cierra, lo cual es completamente inaceptable en un monoambiente para tres personas. La cisterna funciona mal. El picaporte interior está roto. La mampara no cierra. La tapa del inodoro está floja, se mueve para los lados. Cuando reclamé, el anfitrión dijo que “no era grave” y que era la primera vez que lo escuchaba. Sin embargo, basta leer las reseñas anteriores para ver que todos estos problemas vienen siendo reportados desde al menos diciembre de 2025. Es decir, no solo lo sabía, sino que decidió no hacer absolutamente nada. La falta de mantenimiento es general: La puerta de entrada está rota, con el picaporte pegado con cinta y sin poder cerrarla con llave. El wifi funciona pésimo (también advertido en otras reseñas). Para tres personas había solo dos sillas. El supuesto “detalle” del café de cortesía es una fachada: hay máquina, pero el frasco de café estaba vacío. Para rematar, el código para dejar la llave no funcionaba al hacer el check-out. Le escribí para saber cómo proceder y nunca respondió. Incluso Booking intentó contactarlo y tampoco ofreció ninguna solución. He documentado todo con vídeos y, ante la falta total de respuesta y de medidas, he decidido reportar el alojamiento a la Junta de Andalucía (se.buzonclandestinidadturistica.ctcd@juntadeandalucia.

  Liked: Kind host. Close to downtown, but we need to drive to there. Everything is good.

  Disliked: I recommend to reserve parking lot for next guest. Street parking is free, but all places are occupied. It is not easy to park. Please make reservation to host. He will offer the parking place with 10 euro. He is very kind.

  Superb accommodation- handy for the station and other places in the city

  Liked: Very comfortable, warm, spacious and quiet. Very well resourced. Good shower and hot water. I liked the decor.

  Disliked: Access code for key box was given after I left my previous accommodation and with no internet service on the street I was stuck. However quick response from phone call.
