Spacious appartment at an excellent location

Liked: The location is excellent, near the city historic center. Electronic check-in process with good balance of security and convenience. Spacious apartment with all basic equipment.

Disliked: When it was time to check out the lock box code was not available at the self-service app anymore. The new guests were showing up at 10:00 AM as we were leaving and before cleaning. Some of the furniture and decoration is aging and needs some refurbishment. Secondary rooms beds are not so comfortable.

Liked: the location was very convenient for us, cross the street from Fundacion Cristina Heeren

Disliked: I always like to stay in Triana, when I travel to Sevilla

  Very good

Liked: Lovely apartment with good facilities. Well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, microwave etc. Enough space for 4 at the dining table.

Disliked: A little noisy was the only real issue as there's a flamenco theatre up the street plus you can hear people passing in the street as well as the neighbours. Bring earplugs.

Nice apartment well positioned in a picturesque quarter; noisy night environment

Liked: All well organised - location practical compromise between central city distance and parking facilities. Triana a lively environment.

Disliked: Unfortunately some people living in same building kept talking at high volume during the whole night of Friday ( when we left the apartment at 7 am on Saturday the ones at ground floor were still cheerfully chatting )
