  Clean, comfortable and well-located apartment

  Liked: * Daniel was very helpful and friendly. We had a small issue with another door, and he was quick to offer to sort it out. He was always warm and approachable. * The bed was really comfortable. * The room was clean. * Great location. We walked to the Alcázar in about 30 minutes, and bus stops were nearby. * The room had everything we needed, even band-aids and a first-aid kit. * The kitchen was well-equipped. * Check-in instructions were sent on time. The room faces an inner courtyard, and there’s no obvious sign for the property, so look for the name mentioned in the instructions. For the ground-floor apartment, you need to enter the code twice at the main entrance, then enter a different code again at the apartment door.

  Disliked: * A kettle would be a nice addition. * There’s no dishwasher, but it wasn’t a problem for us. * We found one dead cockroach on our last day, but we didn’t see any others.

  Wonderful apartment

  Liked: The apartment is big, beautiful and stylish. feels luxurios and has very affordable price. Also the building it is in is very beaitiful and have magical courtyard. It was the best apartment I had during my 10 day trip to Andalusia where I stayed at 5 different places. The location is also very good. It has central AC working very well. It is 2 TVs: one big in the living room and one in the bedroom. TV has very high quality display. You don't have any physical key: you just use codes to enter the building and the apartment. The apartment costs similar like other places, but the standard is at much higher level. I would recomment it to anyone and would definitely use it again if I visit Seville in the future.

  Disliked: It would be nice to have a few English TV channels. No electric kettle (but I was still able to boil water for tea in other way). However these things are very minor, not affectiong the top score I am giving.

  Liked: Location, convenient check in/check out. Large apartment, everything you need.in the kitchen.

  Disliked: No kettle, but there's a microwave and pans /Hub for boiling water, so not really needed.
