  You get what you pay for

  Liked: The location was great because it was so close to the Gran Plaza and lots of food and shopping options.

  Disliked: After you book the room, the instructions for the arrival and check-in come via email. It says you must call the number on the email to have the door open from the street. Well, that phone number didn't work. It has a recorded message, then hangs up. I had to call the number on the actual booking. Then she asked for my name repeatedly, like 5+ times like she was distracted doing something during the phone call. She then buzzed the door for the apartment door right away, but we were still downstairs in the foyer trying to get all the suitcases situated. The message in the email says not to roll the suitcases in the lobby because it will disturb the neighbors, but you have to carry it up 2 flights of narrow stairs. There is an elevator, but there were no instructions on how to use it. You get inside, press the button to the floor you want to go on and it doesnt move. When we were finally able to get to the front door of the apartment, she asked for my name yet again and buzzed it to open the door, and the alarm started ringing very loudly. We were very embarassed after the email says not to disturb the other tennants in the building. The air conditioning was barely working (again, no instructions) and everyone was so uncomfortable at night, we pretty much slept on top of all the sheets because it was so hot in the rooms. Thankfully, we were only there 1 night.

  Lovely apartment in Nervión, Seville

  Liked: This is a beautiful apartment, very comfortable, everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Lots of little cafe bars around and close to shops and restaurants. While it is in a busy area, the little street it’s on is very quiet!

  We enjoyed our short stay

  Liked: This was just great. The apartment was very big, for 8 guests. We were two adults and two kids so this was more than enough for us. It was clean, pleasant, nice. Next time we'll come to stay longer. Thank you!

  A quite convenient accomodation in the very heart of Sevilla

  Liked: The localization, very near from a metro station, which is very good! The appartment is fully in line with the picture. Of note, the entry procedure was not that easy as it had to be done by phone.. but it worked! The english was not really smooth and the phone call was rather noisy.. but it worked!:)

  Disliked: Quite uneasy to park a car nearby. A detail: one piece of textile fell out by the window (where it is supposed to dry) in the inner courtyard and it was not possible to get it back (nobody had the key; the owner explained me that I had to wait for the check out)
