  Disliked: The stay was disappointing for several reasons. There was loud construction noise in the building starting at 8 a.m., which had not been disclosed by the host, even though the work was already ongoing before our arrival. The cleanliness was below expectations: there were hairs in the bathroom and the floors were not properly cleaned. Although a washing machine is listed as an amenity, it was not readily available upon arrival, as the host’s own laundry was still inside and needed to be removed first.

  Disliked: This is the worst apartment I've ever booked. They are located in the very center of the city on the 0 floor. The view from the window onto a busy street, you will see and hear all the people who walk past your windows. The interior doesn't match the photos. All the furniture is old. The heating is not working, so the apartment is cold (in winter). The most disgusting thing is that there are COCKROACHES in the apartment!!! Check the photo. The owner did not contact us after sending the photo and did not return the money. I had to leave the room immediately.

  Liked: It was at the center of Sevilla and big enough for two people

  Disliked: The outdoor wasn’t opening and they did not believe us! I had to speak loud in order to sent someone! Plus the check in was after 2 and the told us is at 4 so they send someone at 4.15 and we were waiting 1.30 hours for her to come! Others had the same problem and they were ringing our bell at 12 o clock in the evening!
