  Very nice newly refurbished apartment with a few teething issues still to iron out

  Liked: Location good for restaurants. Brand new refurbished apartment.

  Disliked: Had to download and register on an app with all personal data and learn process just to open the doors to get in, which took 19 WhatsApp messages from host to explain and 30 mins to do. Hot water only sufficient for one person’s shower - invariably ran out on second person. Bed was not a large king size as shown and made up- it was a pull out side by side (ie bed head is actually a side). On arrival it was made up with the width as the length so your feet literally stuck out the end! And location required taxis to reach sites - but taxis very hard to get in Seville.

  Liked: I really liked the location, as it was close to everything and I could easily get around on foot. The place was spotless and very clean. The room was spacious and filled with natural light, the kitchen was in a separate room, and the bathroom was nice and comfortable.

  Disliked: On arrival, getting in from the outside was a bit complicated for us, but we managed with the help of some neighbours. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but it was acceptable for a short stay.

  Lots of ambient noise from neighbours

  Liked: Located close to central Seville.

  Disliked: The flat is situated in a high density building and there is a lot of ambient noise from people shouting in the corridors, and televisions turned on while windows being open. The flat has limited noise insulation, so I was able to hear the neighbours walking around in other flats. The kids next door made a lot of noise, which resulted in me contacting the host who spoke to the building manager (which was resolved). I was not able to relax.
