  Liked: Location great. Great size and good facilities

  Disliked: In need of upgrade. Sink in kitchen appears to be causing a damp smell in apt due to needing a clean. And one of the public premises down stairs has a waste glass collection before 7am each morning... so noisy.. apt is 6th floor but has zero sound proofing.

  Enjoyable time in a lovely city

  Liked: Comfortable accommodation in a great location close to the Catedral de Sevilla and Real Alcazar. Bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep.

  Perfect!

  Liked: Great location. Amazing view. Spacious. Pictures are great but in person was much better. No complaints. 100% recommended.

  Horrible experience with this stay. I do not and will not recommend this apartment for your Seville stay. Never again!

  Disliked: The cleaning staff was rude, the apartment was not true to representation, light fixture in the bathroom was hanging-each time door open and shut, it hit the fixture. This is an electrical and fire hazard. The entry door was held together by 1 sliding lock, door was never closed completely. It lacked additional security. The night stand light was broken into half, there was no lighting in the second bedroom and the apartment across had a crying baby up until 20 mins. past 11 p.m. my husband went to speak with them and they were extremely hostile. They had 5 adults and 3 kids, over the limit for a 2 bedroom apartment. We called the host, he stated that we can call the police but they would not come anyway. He could only message the guests in the other apartment but other than that, there’s nothing he can do. Host did not have any other apartments available for us to switch to. The host sent someone to “fix” some of the issues but he only shove the light back into the bathroom ceiling, removed the night stand light and never changed out the light bulb or fix the issue with the second bedroom light. The second bedroom did not have lightning for the entire stay. There were cleaning supplies visible in the living quarters, sore eye. We stayed 2 nights and paid over $300. We will never book with them again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place, horrible!!
