  It was perfect and I highly recommend it

  Liked: Everything was new and very clean. It was comfortable and felt like home. It lacked absolutely nothing. I highly recommend it. David was our contact person. He made himself available for any questions and was very professional.

  Not a place to arrive with car

  Disliked: If I looking for a place with car-parking, I don't look for a place where I have to park the car 8 - 10 walking minutes away. To drop off the baggage from the car was very critical too, as the street infront of the entrance to the appartment was small - other car could not pass my stopped car.

  Liked: The apartment is nice enough, clean as well. It has all you need for a short or even longer stay. The kitchen is stocked for the needs that two people can have, it also has a small micrwave that comes in handy. The area seems safe enough, there are restarants and bars near and a vibrant life in the evenings.

  Disliked: The bed area is not at all separated from the other spaces (kitchen and living) so if you even make a cofee, it will smell everywhere. The check-in process is supposed to be easy - they give you a code via message and you are supposed to use it to enter. Maybe we got some bad luck, but it did not work for us, as there was something wrong when the last person there din not properly close the door, and after some discussions with the host, it was remedied. We did not appreciat though that we got the code on the moment when the check-in is supposed to start, and then we have to wait another hour or so trying to get in, talk to the host and wait for someone with a physical to come and open the door for us. Also, for check-out, about 10 minutes before the check-out time was due, someone knocked on the door and we felt like were ruched to leave in that moment.

  Nice and comfy apartment 20 min from the center of Seville

  Liked: Comfortable bachelor apartment, perfect for a couple. small but well equipped kitchen, the bathroom was also small but well designed and the shower had good water pressure and hot water.

  Disliked: The location, although easy to get to the city was a bit far for us. Also we were a bit disappointed not to be informed that the swimming pool in the building closes for the season in August 31. Also, the description also mentions WASHING MACHINE, but there was none in the apartment or building.
