  Average accommodation

  Liked: The location was central.

  Disliked: Lack of cleanliness, very bad smell in the apartment, tap in the kitchen is falling off and water in shower in en-suite bathroom does not drain away.

  A good place once they fix the fridge

  Liked: The location, the space, and overall feel of the place, has all the necesities, like ac, iron, a small but practical kitchen, untensil and everything else you would need

  DO NOT BOOK HERE! This place is DISGUSTING!!!

  Liked: The only thing good about this place is the location. Everything else was beyond deceiving, disgustingly dirty and nasty.

  Disliked: The place was an apartment that wasn’t in the pictures. The furniture was torn and dirty, the tombs were dirty and there was trash under the beds. The faucet in the kitchen was falling off and there was roach spray which meant that there are roaches there. The pillows were dirty. The showers were horribly clogged and dirty water started coming back up. In another bathroom the toilet is inside the shower and they just put a curtain rod in between the shower and the toilet so when you take a shower there’s maybe the space equivalent of 2’ x 2’. The shower head is falling off so you’re taking a shower close to the wall so the water actually hits you. We contacted staff about it and they wouldn’t change us to a different apartment, they brought unclogging liquid for us to take care of the shower and they brought us more dirty pillows to replace the other dirty pillows. This place is a bait and switch. Do not book here!

  Liked: Excellent location, the host answer all questions quickly and recommend how to do

  Disliked: The appariement smell like smoke when we arrived. After ventilation, this smell dissappear. For me, the bed was very uncomfortable

  Great location, but poor hygiene, noise, and misleading listing made the stay not worth the price

  Liked: The only positive aspect was the location, which was convenient for visiting the city.

  Disliked: The apartment was very disappointing and did not match the description. It is advertised with a “city” and “garden” view, but it is actually on the ground floor between two garages, with constant noise. There was also a continuous alarm-like sound during the night, making it difficult to sleep. Cleanliness was a major issue: mould was present in multiple areas, the bathroom was not properly cleaned (hair in the shower, old shower curtain), and the fridge had a strong unpleasant smell. As someone with allergies, the mould caused my asthma to flare up. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, which led to humidity spreading into the room. Opening the window was not possible due to car fumes from the garage and mosquitoes entering (no screen). Air conditioning completely full of dust unable to be used properly as your eyes were burning. Additionally, there were not enough towels for two guests, especially as we were not a couple and did not want to share. Overall, very poor value for money considering the price paid. Unable to have property changed and we couldn’t find anything else better as all the places were busy because of the Copa del Rey and the starts of Feria.
