  Great location. Lacks basics for a stay of more than a night or two

  Liked: Great location. Clean, modern, and safe. Terrific balcony and view and great bathrooms. We were allowed to do an early check-in which was also really convenient. It's really close to the center and lots of bars etc.

  Disliked: Internet was useless. Just awful. Worked 10% of the time. Very frustrating being there for 10 days. Had to go the gym across the street for important zoom calls. The kitchen is lacking even basic things. There was no cutting board, no wine opener, eseless knives, no broom or dustpan, no extra trash bags or soap. For the price it should include a variety of towels for the bathroom, more pillows and more comfortable beds. The balcony was amazing but half the furnitre was broken. We could not understand how to use the stove and could have used directions in English. There should also be more storage space for clothing and luggage stands so you don't have to leave your suitcases on the floor. There was no welcome pack with suggestions on where to go, what whas nearby, where to shop etc. The place could be absolutely amazing but I felt like I was paying a lot for really basic services that, after a day or two, got really tiresome. They need to improve their attention to detail and keep the house fully stocked with necessities and extras travellers need.

  Nice location, but disappointing level of maintenance and cleanliness

  Liked: The location is good; close to Santa Cruz, quiet and secluded, but close to everything.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, this was a disappointing stay. This should be a very nice property, but it is not well taken care of. It was not well cleaned; neither the bathroom not the kitchen were acceptably cleaned prior to arrival. The hosts did offer to clean it once we complained, but at that point we were settled in - cleaning should be done properly before arrival. Many things are broken inside the piso, and it needs basic maintenance. The kitchen is poorly appointed, with basic items missing. Drying rack was broken and multiple pieces of furniture feel rickety. The entire place needs a deep clean. The responsible host seems very nice, but this property is not being properly taken care of.

  Charming and spacious gem conveniently located in the heart of Seville!

  Liked: Beds were comfortable, location is great for walking around the city, host was responsive. A real gem!

  Disliked: The wi-fi was weak, especially on the first floor.
