  If we come again, we can stay there again

  Liked: Konum Apartment was nice. I would've rented an apartment like it if I wanted to reside in Sevilla.

  Great location, good accommodation

  Liked: Great location. Good shower. Comfortable, large bed. Lots of space. Well equipped kitchen.

  Disliked: Floors not very clean (socks kept getting dirty walking around the apartment). Bathroom door warped, so difficult to close and noisy. Bad drain smell in the bathroom in the afternoon/evening. Air conditioning unit in bedroom kept leaking water, which was concerning. Sofa not very comfortable.

  Lovely stay for a couple in quiet neighbourhood

  Liked: Ahead of our stay, we received the necessary door codes to enter the apartment and the unit, which worked out great (though we did arrive a smidge early, and the cleaners were still there cleaning our unit, but we only had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes, which wasn't bad at all.) Our unit was pretty spacious for just the two of us, and we didn't use the living room or tv much, but was nice to have a kitchen for having quick breakfasts in the morning. It was nice to have a washer in the unit, and there's actually a dryer (free to use!) in the basement of the building, but you need to be mindful of when you can run the dryer, and obviously you shouldn't leave your clothes there for too long, so you need to think about the timing of using it. Our host/contact, Rocio, was also super helpful in arranging an early morning taxi for our flight out of Sevilla, which we greatly appreciated.

  Disliked: While the dryer in the basement was quite useful, it would've been nice to have a drying rack within the unit to use, especially if items didn't come out fully dry out of the dryer. There was no dishwasher, which was fine, but we were asked to wash all our dishes ahead of our departure (not a big deal as we didn't have many meals at the apartment). The location is good, very close to the Setas de Sevilla, but about a 15-20 minute walk to the Alcazar, so not super central.

  Secure building, fun neighbourhood, comfortable bed

  Liked: The apartment was very clean, and quite quiet and dark at night. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge is a good size, there is a small washer/dryer that worked well and the shower is excellent. When we had a few small issues, our host, Rocio, was very responsive to our requests and had them attended to promptly. She was always available to answer our questions and she kindly booked us a taxi when the time came to leave.

  Disliked: Initially, I felt that the checking in process was rather impersonal but that changed when Rocio came to the door to introduce herself and sent a maintenance man to fix our window. Unfortunately, the wifi wasn't working for some of our visit but Rocio sent someone to check it and it was fixed before the end of our stay.

  Comfortable appartment, just 5 mins from La setas

  Liked: Great location, good shower, comfortable bed and tea making facilities. With aircon!

  Disliked: It was a little hard to find. Bedroom would benefit from more electrical sockets and more robust bedside table lampshades!
