Confirm room type directly with the hotel

Liked: This is a nice property if you get the room you booked. I booked a balcony room which was clearly written on my confirmation, yet was given a disabled room with no balcony and ugly bars etc in the bathroom. Staff simply did not care, so we didn’t have a choice other than accept it. In response to the hotels response, we did ask for a room change but you claimed you were booked out. Please just give people the room they booked.

Lovely staff, room and pool- would recommend

Disliked: Pillows for the sofa bed were a little uncomfortable and there was no duvet, only sheets on the sofa bed

Lovely hotel very clean good location

Liked: Clean spacious room. Very quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool area was lovely but pool itself was quite cold. Great location easy walk to all notable areas in Seville.

Disliked: Un-heated pool quite cold in October. Room was a little worn- marks on the walls, rug in living area could do with being replaced.

Pool & terrace, friendly & great quality

Liked: Great location, less than 5 mins walk from Corte Ingles (parking in basement). 5 mins from loads of central attractions. We had a rooftop apartment - small but spotless & lovely inside. Dishwasher & free water each day was great as was the smart tv. The terrace & pool were lovely & comfy sunbed pads a bonus. Friendly, knowledgeable staff too.

  Disliked: Nothing, it was great.
