  Pleasant location, but a very concerning discovery on departure

  Liked: The hotel has a convenient location in Seville, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, on the morning of my departure, after a three-night stay, I discovered what appeared to be a bed bug crawling on my arm while packing my luggage. I photographed the insect, and its appearance was consistent with a bed bug. This was extremely concerning, particularly because I was about to travel home and now have to take precautions to avoid potentially bringing bed bugs into my house. I reported the incident to the hotel and requested an investigation and appropriate compensation. This experience significantly affected my overall impression of the stay.

  Liked: Super central and nice calm at the same time. Has got all the amenities you’d need for a city trip and gave me a decent duvet when just sheets was too cold for the night.

  Disliked: They are heavy on the scents! The fabric softener of the bedding had such an overwhelming scent that I nearly went to a local laundry to wash it. Also, there was a scent diffuser in the bathroom which was also so overpowering hence I took it out and left it infront of my door until I left. So pleaaase pleeease just stop using heavily scented fabric softener!

  Great location

  Liked: The best thing was the location, right in front of Geraldia. The biggest problem was that the staff are not at the facility at all times and you have to arrange the time of your arrival. There was no coffee maker, only an electric kettle. The fridge was tiny with no freezer. There was no safety box, either. For one night it was OK, but in case someone needs a longer stay, I think it might be uncomfortable.
