  Central location with bonus terrace and parking

  Liked: This apartment is in a really quiet location so no noise from the neighborhood. It is an easy walk to town albeit about 20 minutes. There are heaps of restaurants within a very short walk, a big esplanade lined for eating options! The terrace is lovely and the apartment is really well equipped with everything you need. Kitchen is really well equipped and the whole block has a very nice vibe. Also bonus parking on site.

  Disliked: It is a little hard to find for first time visitors but trust google maps and you will get there. My only suggestion is the bed is a little small and could do with upgrading, but minor complaint well the whole apartment is so well appointed and equipped.

  Well equipped small apartment in a good location and with a convenient parking space

  Liked: Very good location, good size parking space with a fair price, great little terrace, very well equipped apartment, spacious bathroom. Everything very clean.

  Disliked: We had mosquitos and would have loved a plug-in repellant:) Apartment generally a bit dated. Fully automated door opening/closing system was a bit strange, even though well explained and no problems.

  Liked: A well-furnished place with a cosy balcony/attic in a quiet side street, about a 20-minute walk from the centre. Manuel is excellently organised, all worked out smoothly, though we never met him in person. He kindly returned by post our bag with shoes which we had overlooked when leaving the flat.

  Disliked: The access to the flat is by key code. When closing, the door locks itself automatically (2 turns), which is a bit prisonlike when one is inside (though the door can be manually opened from the inside at any time). Cameras of surveillance (entrance door and balcony/attic) give the feeling that 'big brother' is watching you. The logistics of picking up the garage door key from the flat upon arrival and returning it there when leaving while the car remains parked in the narrow one-way street in front of the main entrance /garage door (right next to it) can be stressful, as another car may turn up behind yours any time. It happened to us when leaving, so I returned the key in a hurry... and overlooked our shoe bag 😒.
