  Not good choice

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Many things do not work in the apartment. The toilet door is broken and cannot be closed. There is no soundproofing, so everything can be heard from the bathroom and toilet. And the biggest drawback is the shower cabin, which is practically non-functional. The pictures are not real. Bathroom is to small. The apartment is generally small and very impractical.

  Cute apartment but not much privacy and comfort

  Liked: The apartment is in a very cute spot, in a lively street, close to the local market, and easily reachable by public transport. It has all you need for a relaxed vacation, like detergents, showergel, shampoo, some coffee and tea and so on.

  Disliked: We didn't appreciate that both bathrooms had broken ventilation, so there was no way to ventilate, and the bathroom upstairs (shower) lacks hooks for towels, so you don't really know where to put them. The door of the bigger bedroom and the one of the small bathroom are broken, you cannot close them or lock them, so not much privacy. The stairs to go up to the sleeping area are squeaky and a bit slippery, a bit scary.

  Liked: The apartment has everything you need, the staff are always available, and they allowed us to check out an hour later. Very comfortable apartment.

  Disliked: There weren't enough towel hooks in the bathroom, and due to the design of the house, there was very little light in the well.

  Great base for short trip to fabulous Sevilla

  Liked: Location great, not far from the centre and very walkable. Quiet in apartment without hearing much outside noise. Apartment equipped well.

  Disliked: The stairs were very creaky making a lot of noise. Really needs a hand rail on the stairs as it’s a potential health and safety issue without one. The patio area outside has a small step that you can’t really see. Quite dangerous as nearly went over on my ankle several times. Just needs a darker line on the edge of the step to differentiate from the floor area.
