  Liked: The longer you stay in this apartment, the more you fall in love with it. One of its greatest assets is undoubtedly its location, in the historic Feria neighbourhood of Seville. This area is absolutely wonderful and full of authentic Spanish charm, with narrow cobbled streets and a lively atmosphere in the evenings. In my opinion, it is an excellent location to stay in Seville, much better than staying right in the very centre, around the Cathedral, for example. Another great advantage is that there is a grocery store just below the apartment, as well as a small shop called La Esperanza, where you can find some of the best churros with chocolate. The Mercado de Feria is also just a couple of minutes away. From the apartment, you can enjoy a pleasant walk through these incredible narrow streets, filled with a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and reach the Cathedral and the Alcázar in approximately 20 minutes. Also, just a 10-minute walk away is El Rinconcillo, one of Seville's most famous and historic traditional Spanish taverns, famous for its spinach with chickpeas and breaded cod (pavias de bacalao). All in all, this location offers a complete and authentic Spanish experience, allowing you to enjoy the spirit of Spain from morning until night. The apartment also has good sound insulation and is situated in a rather distinctive building, which I particularly appreciated because of its beautiful architecture. Check-in was incredibly easy, communication was excellent, and the apartment comes with a coffee machine, which is important to me, along with a generous supply of coffee capsules. A wonderful place to stay and a great way to experience the authentic atmosphere of Seville!

  Really nice and enjoyable experience would stay again

  Liked: The apartment was really nice and modern you have everything you need iron,hairdryer,oven,dishwasher,washing machine,fridge.It was really close to most of the attractions lots of coffee shops and restaurants near by.Airport is about 15 min away with a taxi.

  Liked: The apartment is in an amazing location close to the Alameda de Hercules, with many nice restaurants and just 20 mins from the main attractions. It has an elevator so going out with a baby and a stroller was very easy. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Overall I recommend it.

  Disliked: We spent 4 nights there and cleaning was not provided unless you explicitly ask for it. We visited Sevilla in December and it gets quite cold at night due to poor insulation. Sound insulation is also poor as noise can be heard from the street. The hot water of the shower finishes quite quickly.

  Good location

  Liked: Great location with all the main points of interest within easy walking distance. Good places to eat nearby.

  Disliked: Bed was quite soft and not comfortable to our taste. Kitchen only had one small sharp knife, no bread knife or knife for cutting veg etc. Bar stools unusable as no space under counter for your legs.
