  Exceptional Stay in Seville – Highly Recommended

  Liked: We stayed in the Jazmin room in Seville for three wonderful days, and I would like to share a brief overview to help future guests. I visited in April 2026, during the Feria Festival period, which made the experience even more vibrant. The location is truly excellent. Almost everywhere is within walking distance, and access to the main road is immediate, making it very easy to find a taxi at any time. The property is also just a short 2–3 minute walk from lively tapas bars and charming spots around Alameda de Hércules, one of the most enjoyable areas in the city. The house itself is a well-designed duplex. Upstairs, there is a lovely terrace—perfect for dining, relaxing, sunbathing, and even cooling off with the available outdoor shower. There is also a small workspace and an additional toilet on this level. Downstairs, you will find a thoughtfully equipped living space that includes everything needed for a comfortable stay: a kettle, coffee machine, microwave, cooking stove, kitchen utensils, washing machine, iron, and even a blender. All appliances were in perfect working condition. The water pressure was strong, and both the bathroom and toilet were clean and fully adequate. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the property was impeccable. I would like to sincerely thank the hosts for this wonderful accommodation experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a stay in Seville.

  Liked: Everything was wonderful brand new spotlessly clean upstairs office and half a bath rooftop terrace with outdoor shower

  Liked: Very well appointed, just as in the photos. Great comms from the host. The location is fantastic, only 10 min walk to Las Setas. But Feria is also a great neighbourhood to explore, eat and drink.

  Communication with host was great from the start

  Liked: Great location. The apartment looks amazing from the minute you walk through the street door. The atrium is very unusual and a lovely addition to the property. Our apartment was spotless and the attention to detail is great. We were even treated to little extras like tea, coffee and cleaning bits and bobs. Up the spiral staircase is another area for home working we used it as another dressing area. Roof top with 2 loungers and a set a2 chairs and a table were great for morning coffee.
