Loved that the desk had all-day/night reception and all-day coffee bar, drinks and snacks

Liked: In the heart of Old Town!! The street was filled with restaurants and shops and 500-year old architecture! Looks like a Postcard.

Disliked: Hotel doors were locked and no sign of help!! I had to call and only then learned the entrance was around the block and it was a different hotel!!! There should be clear instructions as how to get into the hotel!!

The hotel met our expectations and proved to an excellent base for a really enjoyable stay

Liked: Hotel in very central position near to all the famous sights. So easy to find really good food literally just outside the front door. Good aircon which was greatly appreciated.

Disliked: Unusual reception going through another hotel, with no obvious indication that is the case. Can be a bit noisy at night but only to be expected in a lively city centre. Bathroom decor a little tired, grouting needed refreshing.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Sevilla

Liked: In the middle of Sevilla with a parking garage in front of the hotel. Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Disliked: Our room was tiny. So you almost had no room left beside the bed.
