  Liked: A large hostel located in the Old Town, within a maximum 10-minute walk of all the major attractions. It features a well-equipped kitchen, a large lounge area with comfortable sofas, and a rooftop terrace. It is kept very clean. The hostel also organizes various activities for its guests.

  I will continue to book there. Great place to stay. Lovely social activities organized by the staff for the tenants

  Liked: There’s no other hostel that has the special “vive” that Black Swan has! The staff is super nice! The kids, specially, the regulars, are great! Beds are comfy and the place is clean. The price is also very attractive.

  Disliked: There was no soap, in one of the two soap dispensers, the 5 days total that I was there. Maybe just an oversight. The one thing that I disliked quite a bit and management could put an easy fix on that is all of the bathroom sinks on my floor (2nd) are clogged up and the used water, spit, shaven beards, etc., take a loooong time to go through making a gross sound as it does.

  Social hostel at great location, some improvements to rooms can be made

  Liked: This is a social hostel that organizes plenty of activities, from a daily diner to pub crawls. The location is convenient.

  Disliked: The AC could only be turned on by the reception, which was sometimes a bit of a hazel. Also, there's not really ventilation in the room, so with the AC on and the windows closed it can get quite stuffy in the room. Finally, a little shelf in the bed would be a simple addition, since there's now just a socket and not really a place to put your phone while charging it.

  Liked: This was my first hostel experience. I was a bit nervous at first, but I was pleasantly supervisor. I really like the community of travelers it creates and the opportunities to socialize and meet new people, like the paella evening. I slept on the top bunk bed in a 8 bed female room. Despite the height, I slept very comfortably.

  Disliked: The top bunk bed is very high, so it makes it less convenient than if you have the bottom bed. It also makes going to the bathroom during the night slightly scary, but luckily I didn't fall.

  I don't reccoment, only stay if you need to

  Liked: Location is very good, has everything a hostel needs. Beds were relatively comfy. AC works ok. Nice garden in the back.

  Disliked: This might be the worst hostel I've ever stayed, cleanliness were horrible, all the walls, floor, doors are worn down. Bathroom and toilets were always dirty and in bad condition. I don't recommend it until they get a full renovation. Also staff is much less friendly than a regular hostel experience.

For the purpose of more fluid communication property needs customers to provide with a phone number once they have made a reservation. Cancellation policy: 48h before arrival. Modifications and cancellation: Reservations can be modified or canceled free of charge 48 hours before your arrival date. After that period, the total amount will be charged. All modification and cancellation must be made only by email to avoid any problems. No shows: Total amount will be charged, and reservation will be canceled if you do not inform us that you will not arrive Check in: from 14:00 to 12:00 Check out: from 00:00 to 11:00 Methods of payment: Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards. Property may pre-authorized your card before arrival. Age restriction: Only guests above 18 years old can stay in the hostel. Special conditions: Groups (bookings of 6 or more people), reservation above 350 euros, and for important dates and events*: For the above there is a 14-day cancellation policy. Reservations can be modified or canceled for free at least 14 days before arrival day. We reserve the right to pre-charge the reservations for 50% of the total amount any time from receiving the reservation. If the reservation cannot be pre-charged, we will inform you by email and you will have 24h to respond if we will not hear from you your reservation will be canceled. 14 days before arrival we will charge the rest of the reservation. And free cancellation will not be possible. Groups must pay a deposit that we return at the end of their stay.
