  Good apartment in fantastic location

  Liked: Fantastic location. Extremely clean. 2 x lovely bathrooms with great showers and free toiletries. Comfortable beds. Modern decor. Good kitchen facilities.

  Disliked: The second bedroom was just off the living area behind a curtain. This might be ok for families but our party was 2 couples so there wasn’t much privacy and it meant the living space couldn’t be used when they were in bed. The window in the bedroom looked out to the stairs so the curtains couldn’t be opened.

  Disliked: Noisy location Students vaping and hanging around the building all day Lively at night from the club, vomit on the floor outside apartment in the morning. Nothing to do with the apartment itself. Needs a full length mirror in apartment somewhere

  Wouldn’t choose this place again

  Liked: Good location

  Disliked: Loud front door. Slammed everyrime someone was in and out. Bed was very uncomfortable, with 2 single beds pushed together. Pool was only cleaned once when I was there

  Perfec central location, beautiful house

  Liked: Location perfect, it's center center. House interior design is fresh and new

  Disliked: The pool is more like a bathtub, but it is still good that there is an option to lie in the water in such hot weather as it is in September

  Great location, disappointing room

  Liked: Great location and lovely rooftop!

  Disliked: From the moment we entered the room, there was an extremely strong smell of damp and mould, which remained throughout our entire stay. The room was persistently damp, to the point that the bed sheets actually felt damp to sleep on, despite temperatures reaching around 40°C outside. All three of us developed sore throats during our stay. On the first day, we also found a cockroach in the supposedly clean bed sheets, as well as experiencing an infestation of ants and also found a dead earwig in the clean bed sheets upon arrival. There were also significant safety and noise concerns. The main front door to the property would not close properly. On the first night, there were people fighting and vomiting outside the property due to the nightclub directly next door. We made the hotel aware of these issues every day throughout our stay, but nothing meaningful was done until our final day. Even then, the only action taken was to repair the front door and place an air freshener in the corner of the room, which did nothing to address the underlying damp, hygiene or cleanliness issues. We were staying to celebrate a birthday and were extremely disappointed with the experience, particularly by the lack of action despite repeatedly raising our concerns. We felt that our health, cleanliness and safety were compromised during our stay, and the issues were not taken seriously until the very end.

  Liked: Superb location right in the heart of Seville and 1 minute walk to the Cathedral. Lovely clean and modern apartment with all the facilities, enjoyed the rooftop space!

  Disliked: Front door closes with a very loud bang and echoes throughout the building, as do the room entry key pads, ok in the main but if it's early hours it wakes you up.
