  Bad service

  Liked: The location,that's it!!

  Disliked: Hello, No hot water in the shower,not a clean space, the room of the parents doesn't have a door،neither the door of their bathroom,the humidity is awful! No remote for the tv,nor the toaster works! Thank you

  Horrible. The worst of my life and I have stayed in weird places

  Disliked: The house was super dirty (hairs inside drawers, on the floor), it smelled like cigarettes, there was trash under the bed, bits of trash on the bathroom floor - it just felt disgusting. The ceiling in the bathroom was open in one of the corners (you could see the bricks and the piping) and there was debris falling into the sink). We didn’t have hot water for the entirety of our stay - and yes, we had the hot water tank switch on (we tried to leave it on both positions for several hours). When contacted, the property ignored us and sent an automatic message almost 48h later telling me how and when to check out. I tried again and they told me I had to have that switch on, to which I replied I already had and it hadn’t worked. They didn’t care. We had to take cold showers for 4 days. I am used to that when I go camping, not when I pay to stay at a property. And of course problems happen, but the fact that no one cared to sort it out, on top of how dirty this apartment was, was insane. I never wrote a bad review in my life. This was crazy. And some of the furniture was in bad shape (that was acceptable vs everything else).

  The lack of communication made the experiance bad

  Liked: The locatrion itself was good.

  Disliked: The stay was very disappointing. The location itself was good, but the overall experience was poor. On the first day, we tried to use the washing machine, but it leaked water all over the floor. After that, the water stopped working completely. We attempted to contact the staff multiple times via phone (including voice messages), Booking.com messages, and email, but nobody answered during our entire stay. There was also no explanation regarding the Wi-Fi. No visible router, no password provided, and no instructions anywhere in the apartment. The room was not extremely dirty, but it was definitely not properly clean either. The walls had stains and visible imperfections. Although the apartment is supposedly suitable for more than two guests, there were only glasses and cups for two people. One of the fridge cabinet doors was also broken. In addition, the toilet paper ran out and there was nobody available to replace it or assist us. To make matters worse, one day the circuit breaker also tripped and we temporarily lost electricity. The sound insulation was also very poor. If someone sleeps in the living room, noise from the neighboring apartments can be heard very clearly, making it difficult to rest properly. Overall, the lack of communication, maintenance, cleanliness, and support made the experience very frustrating.

  Disliked: All terrible apart from location. It was dirty, mold on the walls, EVEN FOUND DIRTY UNDERWEAR UNDER THE TABLE! Mosquitoes everywhere, window does not close so always noisy, cabinets broken, sockets with hanging wires, no cups. Keep away from it.
