  Liked: Excellent location, super comfortable beds, and cold A/C. It was 42 degrees celsius our entire visit but the AC was very comfortable. They were pet friendly and the apartment is close enough to a beautiful park where we walked the dogs. It is well equipped - better than any other I've stayed at in Spain.

  Disliked: Could use a refresh - paint etc and to have the living room furniture cleaned/covers changed. The front bedroom is on the street and you hear everything going on outside, we stayed during FIFA world cup and a few nights were woken by passers by shouting The building isn't well soundproofed either.

  Great location, nice apartment - but be aware if you go around a holiday time

  Liked: We stayed only one night. The apartment is about 15 mins on foot to Plaza de España and close to Triana. The neighbourhood is residential, too. Parking was a bit tricky, but I found a spot about 8 minutes away on foot. It is close to all the amenities, so well located. The apartment is along a long and tiny hallway. It was clean and had what we needed. Bed were comfy (although the sofa in the hallway is quite short). The host was super responsive, the key pick up via a locker was very fast so hands down for all the communication.

  Disliked: It's not the host's fault, but it was very noisy. Spanish non-existent isolation is its best. The neighbours (upstairs, I think) came at around 1:30 - 2AM at home, and you could hear everything. It was 26th December, I understand, but still.
