  Amazing

  Liked: Outstanding and spacious apartment, in a perfect location. Efficient air conditioning and very useful courtyard area. Host was amazing, providing videos for accessing the apartment and car parking garage. He responded swiftly to any questions via whats app.

  Excellent stay with a great location, and an exceptionally helpful host

  Liked: This apartment has an ideal location and offers parking. It is clean, well-maintained, and has two bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine and all the necessary cookware. Coffee, tea, sugar, and cold bottled water were provided upon arrival. The host was incredibly helpful, giving us many useful recommendations. Even after we checked out, they helped us find a new parking spot, which we really appreciated. Seville and its people are wonderful.

  Spacious, well located, very good value for money

  Liked: The apartment was very spacious and located in a nice neighbourhood with supermarkets, bars and restaurants close by. Despite this, it was very quiet at night, helped by the fact that the bedrooms were at the back of the apartment. The walk across the river to the main historical sites was straightforward. It took about 20 minutes. We enjoyed being just a 10 minute walk from Triana. The parking space in a local underground car park was a great inclusion and it was close to the apartment. We felt that the apartment was very good value for money.

  Disliked: We were able to park in the reserved space before check in time which was great. However, it was a bit stressful having to stop in a busy, local, one way street to pick up the parking card from the lockbox. We had to do the same at the end of our stay. Saying that, we managed to stop in the street/ find a parking space. Just be prepared!

  Clean, comfortable apartment close to the main sights

  Liked: Very good location, still very quiet. Short walk to do the sightseeing in old town. Has everything you need for the short stay. Clean, comfortable apartment. All appliances work. Host easy to reach and amicable.

  Disliked: I didn’t like the broken washing machine in the lounge but I’m sure it will be gone soon. Also, I am not a big fan of artificial grass but this is just my taste, has nothing to do with the property.
