  Great find, spacious, modern, clean, great location, with a balcony

  Liked: Location was perfect for us, in the old town but not too close to the major attractions meaning we could easily walk to hustle and bustle but had a quieter more relaxed and local feeling neighbourhood with some lovely places to eat and drink. Apartment was very clean and well decorated, kitchen and some of furnature has been updated since the stock images. Bed was very comfy and a bonus was a huge wardrobe/cupboard which was great for keeping all our clothes and cases and mess put of the way. Terrace was a bonus and sunloungerw were comfy. Welcome info pack was very well done, listing lots of tourist attraction/experiences and places to eat and drink by area, the tapas recommendatikn were great. Keylock box worked well for check in and out. Although we didn't meet our hosts in person Ramon was at the end of a whatsapp to answer any queries.

  Disliked: Terrace was overlooked which was to be expected given the narrow streets, would have benefited from muslin curtains too to prevent neighbours on taller building oppose being able to see in. Sofa in lounge is sofabed so not as comfy as sofa but we spent most of our time enjoying seville so not an issue.

  Great little apartment with a fabulous sun terrace

  Liked: The outside terrace was a lovely place to sit after a long day sightseeing. Very comfortable bed, clean and plenty of space to put belongings so it doesn’t feel cluttered. Within walking distance of all major attractions and some great little restaurants on the doorstep. Aldi 5 minutes walk away. Quiet neighbourhood so sleep was great and the aircon was nice and quiet too.

  Disliked: An umbrella for the terrace would be great and would make it more comfortable otherwise lovely.

  Liked: The location was great, we were able to get everywhere within walking distance. We let Ramon know that the kettle was not working, he came round with a new one, which in the end wasn't needed as the kettle started to work 🤷. He was very friendly and advised us of places to visit.

  Convenient for central Seville

  Liked: All clean, easy to enter, nice bedroom and easy to use Aircon/heating.

  Disliked: The kitchen area is very small and outdated and two of the pans had warped bottoms so were not good to use on an electric hob. The TV was too small and did not have SMART features to easily stream Netflix, Amazon Prime or YouTube.
