  A nicely decorated ground floor apartment with a mezzanine level in a great central location

  Liked: This is a very attractive apartment in a central location with easy walking access to all of the main city tourist spots that Seville has to offer. The apartment is very comfortable and feels very secure with shutters and a security gate inside the main building access. It is nicely decorated and having a separate bathroom for each of the bedrooms was great. The apartment was very clean and had a large, new fridge freezer offering plenty of room to store food and drink. After a busy day of sightseeing it was nice to get back to the apartment and be able to relax.

  Disliked: There is currently some damp on the corner of the ceiling on the mezzanine level which resulted in paint flaking off the ceiling onto the floor, desk and chair. It would be helpful if there were instructions for the oven (this was not a straightforward oven to change settings) and some small additions that would really benefit guests would be to include some more cooking utensils; a frying pan, some small bowls (for cereal) etc. As it is a ground level apartment, you can hear the chatter of people walking past at night, however if you want a central location then you have to expect a little bit of noise. The twin room is closed off and so not impacted by street noise at all and it didn't disturb our sleep or keep us awake.

  Solid accommodations with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a family of 4

  Liked: Nice location. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. quiet as no car traffic in the area. Good value for money.

  Disliked: All was pretty good, but internet went down on second day and never came back despite the usual troubleshooting.

  Liked: Wendy you openes de Windows, it has great light. Having 2 complete bathrooms was great for our group of 4. Location is great, 3-5 mins from historical buildings.

  Disliked: 2nd room had a strong musty smell. The blankets smelled so bad that we had to leave them airing out before we could use them. Since the apartment is on the ground floor, the windows cannot really be opened.

  Liked: Location.

  Disliked: The bedroom downstairs consists of a trundle bed and not advisable for adults. Downstairs shower had a broken door and replaced with a small shower curtain. Bay window by main entrance leaked during overnight rain. Be cautious leaving belongings by the window. The stairs to the loft are very narrow and can be challenging for some adults (steep and narrow). Thus, one must use extreme caution when carrying suitcases up and down the steps as they need to be lifted at chest level. Apartment is not suitable for families with little kids. Master bedroom is located on second level loft with no privacy. Difficulty accessing via car.
