Liked: The location, rooftop bar and staff were amazing
Disliked: The room was quite small and did not have enough storage space
very comfortable, Id stayed there before
Liked: staff at breakfast was very good, but fairly limited variety for 5 star hotel
Disliked: breakfast could be better and gym better kitted out
There was very friendly manager on the reception, she was also very attentive

Liked: All the staff from the reception to the cleaning team and the waiters were most helpful and professional The location was perfect right beside the Cathedral and all restaurants, bars and coffee shops

Liked: The location was excellent with very short walks to all the main tourist spots. The room was a reasonable size, the bed was very comfortable and generally the room was clean. Breakfast was ok but choices for something hot seemed limited and service was a bit hit and miss. The roof top terrace was a nice touch.
Disliked: There was inadequate storage space for clothes. Lighting in the bedroom was poor. The top of the bath needs a deep clean because there is black mould all around it. The shower door also needs replacing. Staff did not seem particularly friendly but this could have been a language barrier thing. We had issues with the door fobs and ended up using an old style key.J
Gorgeous stay in Seville in a beautiful hotel, perfect location
Liked: Absolutely beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, large rooms with very comfortable big bed, and the bath in our room was a bonus. Plenty of plug sockets. The rooftop bar is very nice, and there is a swimming pool and spar, although we didn’t use them. The service is exceptional and to top it all, the hotel is in the best location, right opposite the Cathedral. I would definitely recommend.
Disliked: The only thing is, there was no natural light, so found it difficult putting on my makeup.
