  Liked: We were attending a concert directly opposite the apartment so the location was perfect for our needs. also there is free parking directly opposite as well which was excellent.

  Overall really nice stay

  Liked: The apartment was really good and we loved the neighborhood, especially the view of the Plaza de España from our window. The owner was extremely nice and friendly offering information on different entertainment options within the city.

  Disliked: Even though its right next to Plaza de España, the apartment is a bit far from the city center. The only real thing we minded was a staff member unlocking our door (while the door was fully locked with our key still inside) in the morning the day after we arrived. Supposedly he thought we had checked out and apologized.

  Great apartment for all you need and close to all main tourist attractions

  Liked: Great location, right next to Plaza de Espana and the other main tourist attractions that can be reached on foot. The apartment is in a nice and well maintained building, looks like a former hotel. I has everything needed even for a longer stay, the kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom is nice and big and the rooms are equally big. We were greeted personally by the host and all our requirement were accommodated, we even got nice recommendations of restaurants and things to do.

  Disliked: The apartment seems smaller than advertised, looked more like a 55m2 rather than a 70m2 place. Another thing that can be improved are the windows, they looked a bit outdated and not isolating enough the noise of the street.

  A good apartment, which could be great if attention was given to the above minor issues

  Liked: Juan met us at the flat; was friendly and welcoming. Location convenient, both for walking and catching public transport to main attractions. Thick curtains and a very comfortable bed meant we slept well. Generous provision of bathroom essentials. Apartment clean.

  Disliked: Double glazing ineffective; traffic noise disturbed partner, though not severe enough to disturb sleep. The supply of crockery and cutlery, although adequate, was insufficient to make best use of the dishwasher. In particular, would have appreciated more larger cups or mugs.
