  Good hotel and nice staff and facilities

  Liked: We really liked the breakfast provided. Plenty of food and good selections as well. We enjoyed it. Staff was lovely especally the front reception Triana. She was very professional and gave us some good advice for everything we asked. Her service was excellent.

  The worst hotel for the money. Even the friendly staff can't make up for it

  Liked: Nice location, friendly staff, good pillows.

  Disliked: The soundproofing in the rooms is very poor—you can hear water being drained in the next room, or when they turn on the light or plug something into an outlet. Mold in the bathroom. The breakfasts are unappetizing and meager.

  Liked: - VERY VERY VERY CLEAN ROOMS - well located near the touristic area - Kind and friendly staff - Always someone at the reception of the hotel - Effort to make the hotel (lobby, stairs, rooms etc) clean, new and beautiful

  Disliked: - The breakfast (i prefer to pay more but have more variety and real coffee: i dont know the coffee had a different taste, real eggs and little bakeries) - A bad smell in the hotel hallway leading to our room (the room didnt smell which is a positive point) - Didnt recharge automatically tea in the rooms

  Good for a base to get around city clean tidy friendly staff

  Liked: Easy to get about walking

  Disliked: noise from adjacent rooms. Shower noise running water. So much so I was woken by someone tripping in the middle of the night, hearing the donk of the toilet seat. Beds were comfy though so did get good sleep otherwise
