  Liked: Nothing!

Disliked: BE AWARE - we booked and paid for a 3 bedroom apartment but given a 1 bedroon apartment. The owners offered to reimburse the difference. Booking.com were useless. I strongly suggest using another booking app

Liked: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at Genteel Home in Seville. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable, clean and in a great location, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. A special mention to Lydia, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. She was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive, always getting back to us straight away whenever we needed anything. Her excellent customer service really made a difference and made us feel very well looked after. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Genteel Home to anyone visiting Seville. We would happily stay here again!
