  Nice stay in the outskirts of Seville

  Liked: Clean, quiet, free street parking

  Disliked: They asked us before if we have any preference for breakfast, we said our children can't eat dairy and we offered a few simple options for them (such as avocado with bread) just so they will have something to eat at breakfast but they didn't make any effort at all to give some more options for our children...

  Poor comfort, no privacy, and a complete lack of hospitality. Not what you expect from Hilton

  Liked: Unfortunately, given our overall negative experience, it’s difficult to think of anything particularly positive or worth highlighting. The only exception was Pablo, the receptionist, who was kind, helpful, and genuinely tried to make up for the inconvenience we had experienced. However, the breakfast room manager (a short, bald man) was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing a complete lack of courtesy, understanding, and consideration for guests — qualities one would certainly expect from a hotel operating under the Hilton brand.

  Disliked: We were assigned a connecting room with an internal door leading to the adjacent room. When we returned late in the evening after visiting the city, we immediately noticed that we could hear absolutely everything from the room next door: conversations, noises, doors opening and closing, and especially every single use of the bathroom, including the toilet flushing. There was virtually no sound insulation, no privacy, and we experienced a sleepless night.

  Loved our stay and would recommend to others

  Liked: Very nice property. Decor pleasant. Everything we needed was there. Easy to access using our car. Food was excellent. Staff were amazing at the reception desk and restaurant.

  Disliked: Was a bit far from the city and sites however we were able to use the buses easily.

  Good time for a short time

  Liked: We had a short stay before catching a flight the next day. We liked the pool area and appreciated to have a nice drink by the pool. Dinner at restaurant was very good, the waiters very super attentive and lovely to the kids.

  Disliked: Minus points for starting breakfast at 8am, when you have to get up early and can only grab plastic packed sandwiches or cookies at the take away store. Coffee also not good! Please invest in a better machine… Also, our room was very noisy during the night. We couldnt figure out if it was the air circulation (not AC) machine room or a huge dryer rumbling but I was very glad I had my ear plugs.
