  Liked: We loved the location and the staff! They were all very friendly and very helpful! The location was excellent and minutes from all major tourist attractions. The hotel was older but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and we also saw a great, authentic Flamenco show that is playing at the hotel. And hotel guests receive a discount!

  Disliked: Nothing really. We enjoyed everything and were treated very well! We were totally satisfied.

  10/10 for atmosphere and location!

  Liked: Hotel Alcántara is one of those places that reminds you that true charm and hospitality have nothing to do with the number of stars. Although it is an older, modest two-star hotel, it has something that many luxury hotels lack — authenticity, warmth and soul. The hotel enjoys a fantastic location in the historic heart of Seville, surrounded by narrow, picturesque streets and the unique atmosphere of the old town. Simply staying in this part of Seville is an experience in itself. What makes it even more special is that right next door there is a venue offering flamenco performances every evening. An experience I wholeheartedly recommend — it's hard to imagine a better way to discover the spirit of Andalusia! The staff are genuinely warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere is so pleasant that you quickly feel at home. This is not a hotel that tries to impress with luxury. Its beauty lies in its simplicity, authenticity and the unmistakable charm of Seville.

  Disliked: The only thing we missed was a small refrigerator in the room.

  Great stay in the heart of Sevilla and very nice coffee

  Liked: Location is super central and the staff is kind and helpful.

  Disliked: Nothing direct from the hotel or staff. We know you cannot control other guests but the reception could reminded late comers to please be mindful of others resting. Especially since you can see them (hear them) from the moment they come into the reception. Also, could be more aware and communicative if there is a city event, especially for those who need to commute out of the center. There was a city marathon and nobody gave a hint to pay attention to this for traffic, transport on the departure day.
