  Great stay in a central location with easy access throughout the old town

  Liked: The room was well appointed with an excellent bed and a spacious bathroom. My room's window looked into the central courtyard. Breakfast each day was excellent, and I had it on the rooftop patio with a view of the Cathedral. Staff was excellent.

  Fantastic stay in a beautiful & well located hotel

  Liked: Great location. Beautiful lobby. Reception staff all very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Rooms were cleaned each days but used cups not washed and milk/ coffee etc not replenished.

  Great location but this hotel could do with a little sorting out

  Liked: Great location. A few minutes walk from everything.

  Disliked: Our “superior’ room was small and dingy overlooking a poorly maintained rooftop. We asked to be moved which the staff kindly did. Our new room was much nicer but the door didn’t open properly, the bath was rusty and the bathroom light fitting was hanging from the wall. The roof terrace was in poor shape too with many dead plants and wobbly tables and chairs.

  An Andalusian gem

  Liked: I loved the character of the building- beautiful Andalusian design. The staff were very helpful in organising transfers to and from the airport. Gorgeous roof top terrace overlooking the cathedral. Excellent location.

  Amazing location

  Liked: Location was amazing. Cannot be faulted. Central to everything. The reception area looked lovely and traditional. The size of the rooms was excellent with plenty of room.

  Disliked: The style of building meant there was no fresh air so you were very reliant on the air-conditioning for temperature control which meant the room was a little stuffy.
