  Really enjoyed, our room was lovely, staff were great and would recommend

  Liked: Our room was great, it was quiet and had all we needed for our stay.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, we were not in the main hotel building, we were located across the road in the other hotel building of hotel. This meant we didn't really use the facilities the hotel had to offer such as front lounges or roof top areas. We didn't have breakfast included and only used the breakfast area once. Unfortunately at the time we stayed there was a lot of roadwork in the street, it didn't affect our hotel stay. As the roadwork was right outside our building when we did go down for breakfast, we walked further up the street to move away from the roadworks. Not the fault of hotel, just unfortunate timing.

  Convenient but pricey for what it is

  Liked: Location in the city centre. Roof top bar. Staff were very friendly and helpful.. especially when dealing with our compliant.

  Disliked: Major sewage works directly outside the hotel meaning you had to walk up and down the street to get around the blocked road when getting to the rooms in the building across the road. Road was noisy and very smelly … none of which we were advised about when booking or before arrival. The ground floor room provided originally smelt damp and only had one widow for natural light that faced onto the room next doors patio area.

  We would definitely stay here again, it was amazing value

  Liked: During our stay the staff were exceptional, they could not do enough for us. The room was lovely and it was really nice to have a small pool to cool off in after a hot day in the city.

  Lovely hotel and would definitely stay again. Staff was excellent

  Liked: Great location and close to all historical sites shopping and restaurants. Beautiful rooftop patio and charming rooms.

  Disliked: Small pool and a bit disappointed that when we ordered lunch a cruise ship reservation ate most of the menu.
