  Liked: I really liked the location! It was convenient, well situated, and close to the main attractions. It made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.

  Disliked: From the very first day of my stay, I reported that the bathtub was not draining properly. The hotel staff inspected it, but the problem remained unresolved. I reported the issue three separate times, yet no one took any action to fix it or even bothered to provide an explanation. I paid approximately $1,500 for a three-night stay, and this level of service is completely unacceptable for a hotel charging that amount. The lack of response, communication, and basic maintenance was extremely disappointing. I expected much better service and accommodations for the price I paid. I intend to file a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities regarding this experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

  Liked: Amazing location, the hotel itself is a work of art. Afternoon tea a lovely touch.
