Exceptional
Nice but certainly felt lower level of customer. Breakfast area for non Red Level certainly not 5 star
Liked: Location
Disliked: How different levels of service. Wasn’t offered Red Level and don’t think there should be differing levels of service at one of The Leading Hotels of the World. Should have been given the option to upgrade at check in.

Disliked: The pool is very small and don’t have a bar in a pool area I pay for my suite 1.200€ per night and I don’t have a balcony
Great modern hotel in perfect location
Liked: Beautiful modern hotel, quiet, great location. Food to room delicious. Breakfast gorgeous.
Disliked: Some plumbing issues. Staff brilliant except one morning at breakfast when there seemed to be tension.
Beautiful but not that comfortable
Liked: The location is fabulous. The grandeur of the property is impressive. The redemption staff are fantastic. Very helpful concierge.
Disliked: The beds are rock hard. The breakfast was underwhelming and they catered poorly for coeliacs. The pool is extremely small and sun loungers very limited for the size of property.
