  Great value for the money

  Liked: The location was good. The hotel is spotlessly clean.

  Disliked: The breakfast wasn't consistent. One day we had no sliced bread and the scrambled eggs were warm to cold. The staff at breakfast weren't as friendly as other staff in the hotel especially the male chef.

  3 star at best.... we could not wait to leave the hotel however, Seville was beautiful

  Liked: Ladies on reception were all lovely. What we liked when we booked: not a bad location, pool and gym available. Deluxe room with spa bath and terrace

  Disliked: The deluxe room with spa bath and terrace appeared to be a lot bigger in photos! The terrace was on the street and the road sweeper started at 5.30am each morning till 9.30am!!! We moved rooms for the 2nd 2 nights (due to the horrific noise from thee road sweeper which was daily) to an internal small double room with internal terrace as it was all they had available. The restaurant was worse than a school canteen with a clanking trolley constantly clearing food and noisily replenishing plates etc. The food was below average quality.The pool opened at 10am, the gym opened at 8am breakfast was until 10.30am so couldn't use pool before breakfast. On our last evening it was raining, the bathroom ceiling leaked all night and disrupted our sleep again. I told reception as we checked out (a man) and he didn't care, no offer of a complimentary coffee or the crisps we had from the minibar... appalling we thought.

  Lovely hotel in area handy for transport and city

  Liked: Helpful staff. Lovely terrace bar. Good breakfast. There were good transport links to the centre of Seville. There were good bars in the local area if need be. The room itself was comfortable.

  Disliked: Not enough storage space in our room. The not quite opaque glass in the bathroom area was a bit off putting!

  Very average

  Liked: Good breakfast. Everything else was horrible. Air Con didn’t work properly. No iron in the room. Everything seemed to break. WIFI was unusable!
