  Good location but border 4 star

  Liked: It was opposite plaza de Espagne and the front desk were really helpful and friendly.

  Disliked: The rooms and public bathrooms were old and needs an upgrade.

  Liked: Clean and comfy beds. Nightly Staff was not that great. Very near to plaza espana.

  Disliked: Though they have room service, none responded when we asked for it.. it went to voice message. Not many restaurants as well around you have to walk atleast 10 min for any.

  I love it and I will stay here again if I go to Seville again

  Liked: The hotel is super close to everything, within walking distance. It is also clean. The shower is good and the towels are soft. The staff are friendly. The building is not new, but it is clean. I feel so relaxed there, as if I were in my own bedroom at home. Again, great location and clean. If I am going to Seville again, I will stay here for sure.

  Liked: The location was great, right behind the Plaza de Espana. It was walking distance from the Royal Palace and the Seville Cathedral. Walking distance from Santa Cruz and Triana.

  Disliked: The walls are very thin. Voice carries very easily though the walls.

  Liked: Location and the room is spacious (that’s why it’s a 4* hotel but nothing else)

  Disliked: The hotel is old and is nothing like the pictures… if you want to experience Spanish hotels in the 60s this is your opportunity.
