  Lovely, comfortable apartment in the historic centre

  Liked: Great location and easy to walk to all the main sites and lots of shops and restaurants close by. Located in a cul-de-sac so no traffic noise. Everything clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. There was no bottle opener in the apartment which I reported on Tuesday and one was delivered Wednesday morning. The response to messages was quick and helpful from the minute I booked to the stay itself.

  Disliked: The shower in one bathroom did not work properly as only the side spray came on and the knob for switching to the overhead shower spray was missing. Although no traffic noise, there was a bar at the end of the road and this could be noisy until about 1am in the morning, even with the windows closed. There were no instructions for the apartment which would have been helpful - eg how to use the washing machine, how to work the air conditioning, where the nearest rubbish bins were - we did manage the work these things out mostly but it's always helpful to have this information available.

  Liked: The check-in process was very smooth. After completing the online check-in, I received the access codes and had no trouble accessing the property. Communication with the host was excellent, and being able to speak with them in English over the phone was particularly helpful. The rooftop apartment was fantastic, and the pool with sun loungers was a great bonus. The apartment was modern, well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would happily recommend it.

  Beautiful city with disappointing apartment's management

  Liked: The location of the property is excellent. It is just around the corner from Las Setas De Seville (Metrolop Parasol). It made sightseeing incredibly convenient. There is also fantastic, cheap local Mexican place nearby where you can grab tacos for between 1 and 2 Euros and spicy margarita cocktail for 6. When we first arrived and noticed the initial bathroom issue, the host did respond quickly by sending a cleaner back to the flat.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, we faced several hygiene and maintenance problems during the stay. Upon checking in 3pm the en suite bathroom was not ready. The host apologized but mentioned they were completely unaware the flat even had a second bathroom. I woke up first morning to find a large cockroach under the bed, and we noticed numerous small ants crawling across the floors. to make it worse, the second cockroach appeared in the kitchen the morning we were checking out. we also discovered water leak actively dripping onto the kitchen floor from pre-existing problem in the ceiling. When we brought these matters up later, the property management focused their attention mainly to the bathroom and room service rather than addressing the larger issues, offering 25% refund. Because they did not fully address the insect and maintenance complaints, our booking platform had to step in and resolve the situation from their own recourses. We sincerely hope the management takes the time to thoroughly address these structural and pest issues so that the next guests arriving can have much more comfortable and welcoming experience than we did.
