  It needs maintenance, renewal, photos doesn’t match with the poorly quality presented

  Liked: The location is premium

  Disliked: The photos advertised was probably from when they just opened. Today is very my depreciated, it needs a big renewal. The swimming pool area that’s why I rented in first place and pay top dollar for it was a big disillusionment…. I was not even brave enough to get in the water because was so sketchy.

  Homely apartment in excellent location!

  Liked: The apartment was lovely, welcoming, with extra touches for our anniversary. Staff were pleasant, easy to contact and communicate with. The apartment is spacious, with the roof terrace and added bonus which was lovely. The pool didn't get sun until about 3/4pm, which meant we had the morning/day to explore and then come back when places closed for Siesta in the afternoon before dinner. The fridge kept our waters really cold which was great in the heat of September! Location is spot on, and we were able to see some amazing places. Highly recommend Plaza de Espána. We can't wait to come back!!

  Disliked: Nothing we didn't like, but some little things could be improved and we mean little. The railings on the stairs from top to bottom are very thin and didn't feel strong if someone was to grab them if they fell. Also, flooring from the apartment to the pool could just do with tidying up, but these aren't things that affected our stay at all, just feedback. We loved the place.

  Liked: it’s near the city center like 2 mins away from the cathedral and for someone who travels with a baby it’s a nice location because there’s a lot of grocery stores nearby where you can buy emergency baby items.
