  Location location. Great value

  Liked: Fantastic location. Quiet and clean. Filtered water available in the lobby. Lift to the higher floors. Small rooftop area.

  Liked: It's just behind Real Alcazar and the Dome. Staff was super friendly and the place is incredibly quiet even if you are in the centre of the city. There is a private parking log next to the hotel (aparcamiento Avenida Roma) where you get a discount thanks to your stay in Puerta de Palacio

  Not relaxing

  Disliked: Room was very small! Could hear lot of noise as it was next to inner area and people coming up and downstairs and noise of lift. Window of my room looked out on the inside so there was a curtain and it did’t feel private. Had to wear earplugs to sleep. Wanted to leave quickly in morning
