  Fabulous hotel and location

  Liked: The hotel was stunning. Comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. Lovely big shower and spacious bathroom with fresh flowers. The hotel was very quiet, no banging doors late at night etc. Loved the honesty bar as well and relaxed atmosphere. The location was excellent for exploring Arenal and Triana

  Disliked: There wasn't really anything to fault. The only problem which was a tiny issue, there was no socket near a mirror for hair straighteners, but this would not put me off staying again

  Liked: Location was great, walking distance to attractions

  Disliked: Our room was situated near the smoking zone courtyard, not if that's why our room smelt like cigarettes. Our room faced the street and entrance to hotel which was loud in the morning

  Really liked it!

  Liked: The location is great, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast room is fantastic. I felt a very warm and welcoming atmosphere during my stay at the hotel, and I’ll definitely stay there again next time.

  Disliked: The only minor issue was that the room along the hallway is a little noisy.

  Liked: Beautiful hotel, very central location, immaculately clean, staff friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Its was very very hot, 42°, the roof terrace was an excellent facility to have, could do with a couple more beds squeezed in though.

  Amazing

  Liked: Amazing location, right on the cusp of everything. Great place to stay - all the luxury of a major hotel, but with all the authenticity you want when visiting another country. Perfect for a four night stay!
