  Stylish, great location with super friendly and helpful staff

  Liked: Great location and stylish rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

  Disliked: Sound carried through the hotel, so we could hear bathrooms around us when showers or toilets were used.

  Shocking for the price

  Disliked: This is a very honest review and I am only posting it due to the fact that I tried to raise the multiple issue with the hotel on site over my stay and via email to the head office without getting a reply. I stayed in the hotel 21.10.26 - for 2 nights room 120 I paid of é502.00 for 2 nights in this establishment. I will not call it a hotel as its not in the traditional sense of a hotel. The positives its location - is right in the pedestrian area of the city centre. Which in this case can also be a negative. The negatives. 1. There was no hot water in the hotel for 22 hours. No heads up or explanation from the hotel staff. Reception staff had no idea what was going on and there was no manager available. Was told it was fixed multiple times and the full hotel went a day without a shower. 2. The rooms have no phones - so if you want to contact reception you need to use your own phone to call an external line of reception. 3. On the night of 22.10.26 - at 11.30pm a staff member entered the on site coffee dock and set off the fire alarms while cooking for themselves and could not switch off the fire alarms for some time and woke the full hotel. Given there is no phone in the rooms you again had to use your own phone to contact reception. 4. Had issues with air conditioning that could not be switched off - reported this day 1 and nobody appeared at multiple requests over the 2 days. 5. The breakfast was available according to the hotel from the coffee dock. But it does not open to after 8am and was ok if you want coffee and a donut - range of foods tiny. Not suitable for breakfast. 6. Lobby and coffee area taken over by remote workers and not guests using the free wifi and work stations 7. No security in lifts - non guests able to gain access to floors where guest staying 8. Hotel had 2 lifts - 1 was out of order during my full stay. 9. Asked to speak to manager or supervisor - was told none on site and to send an email. - I did and got no response. I cou

  Fabulous hotel, central location, comfy room

  Liked: Fab location, so central and a modern contemporary look. Comfortable beds and despite being so central, really quiet as well.

  Disliked: Toilet could do with being more private (soundproofing!)

  Liked: The overall location of the hotel was beyond amazing right in the center. Facilities were modern and clean. Staff was so attentive actually; some minor setbacks happened with hot water system which was fixed when we came back not the hotels fault
