  Nice functional apartment

  Liked: The apartment is a clean functional apartment with enough space for four. All facilities within the apartment functions well.

  Disliked: Just the jute floor mats outside the door are a little slippery; better quality floor mats without easy movement should be considered.

  Great place

  Liked: Very close to isla magica (our goal), very spacious and clean, and great to have the cortesy breakfast. The staff was very helpful responding to messages and very comprehensive when we were a bit late to the parking.

  Disliked: A bit of noise from the A/C machine from the neighbours at night in one of the bedrooms…

  Liked: A beautiful, spacious, and comfortable apartment located close to the center of Seville – everything is within walking distance. All the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Wishing the host, Jezus, the very best of success!

  Liked: Super specious apartment! You have everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, when you come in, including even some products such as bread, some fruits, even the fridge wasn't empty. Variety of tea, coffee, drinks, and snacks. They even thought about toothbrushes- so in case you lost or forgot it, you are going to have disposible ones there! Location is amazing, parking is really close by. Instructions were super clear and we didn't have any issues to get in. Host is awesome- super responsive and ready to help out in no time. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

  spacious apartment，patient staff

  Liked: The staff is really helpful especially the girl waitng in the apartment do a lot of favor. She led us the way to the parking lot, introduced useful traffic informations and replied via booking app on time. Back to the apartment, the space is ultral spacious and location is great. Actually the apartment is just the first building aroud the corner and you'll find the neiborhood around is convenient for life, restaurants and grocery stores are all within walking distance. But it's definitly recommend to leave your car and take public transport or call a bolt to travel. BTW, the kitchen facilities are well-equiped and the owner prepared cereals, toasts, milk and fruits also.

  Disliked: It would be better to make a vedio about how to navigate to the parking lot.

In Spain, if you own a place for tourists to stay, you have to keep a record of who stays there. It’s a rule that’s not widely known. This record needs to be shared with the authorities, like the Civil Guard, to ensure public safety.
