Liked: I like the location, in the center of the city, just next to España Square. The apartment was very big and included everything.

Disliked: The air conditioning in the parent room worked very low, and ot was very very hot in the room.

Bad sleeping experience for elderly people

  Liked: Location

Disliked: Bunk bed, too little space between bottom and top, and the lower bed sits right on the floor.

Liked: booked this room through the Booking.com platform, but upon arrival I was surprised to be asked to pay an additional €100 as a security deposit through an external website, not through Booking.com. I tried to complete the payment, but I encountered a technical issue on the website and was unable to proceed. After that, I contacted you via WhatsApp to ask if it was possible to pay the amount in cash, but my request was refused. Later, I tried to reach out again, but my request was rejected, and my booking payment was not refunded even though I did not fully receive the service as expected.

  Great apartment in great location

Liked: Great location, walking distance to Plaza de España. Has a small supermarket with groceries within 5 minutes walk. It was great having parking space. Very comfortable bed and pillows on the master bedroom.
