  Not enough for the price

  Liked: Quite comfortable and very close to the Santa Justa train station. Well equipped kitchen and decent bed/pillows. Very decent size of the rooms.

  Disliked: The check-in process is super annoying. It is automated AI slop. During my stay I got 9 (!!!) messages from the owner with different and mostly irrelevant info. The only message that matters (how to check in) was wrongly formulated so we couldn't get into the building. We got lucky that someone else opened the door. Very unprofessional. If you let AI write your check-in info, then at least proofread it. The facilities weren't really clean. Plenty of dust in the corners. The shower overflows if you use the full pressure. The ventilation system is super loud. The bathroom isn't the cleanest. Overall I wouldn't recommend for the price.

  We really enjoyed staying there, the care taker at the entrance were very kind and nice and the owner was very helpful a

  Liked: It was a nice size, and there was everything you needed(washing machine, iron, blowdryer etc)

  Disliked: There was no blinds in the main room but the sun came in late anyway so was not an issue.

  Liked: Close to AVE station. Me and my family stayed here for two days. The apartment had everything needed.

  Small things that matter

  Liked: Easy communication with the property owner. Location was perfect for our stay and easy to find within a few minutes out of the train station. It's in a wide street and the Mercando supermarket is right opposite, with plenty of local food options. It's also about 30 minutes walking distance from the main attractions in Seville. The EA bus to the airport is in front of the Mercando and we were at the airport in 20 mins (first bus am). The apartment was nice and clean on entering, both in the common areas and the apartment itself. Fresh white linen, comfy beds and pillows, white fluffy towels smelling of fresh laundry and spacious. The sun comes in and the apartment lights up beautifully with the natural light. The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery, glassware and crockery, pots and pans too! Plenty of hot water in the shower and a spacious bathroom. The living area was quite spacious to relax and wind down. It was sad to leave, we got quite used to it! 10/10

  For pure SAFTEY reasons, After using the towels and mop to clean up the water each time we wanted to use the toilet area

  Liked: Good location good connection with care takers

  Disliked: The bedding at check in was stained and obviously had not been changed. March 17 we checked in, on March 20 we had a water leak in the bathroom. After reporting it the maintenance man came by and said he fixed it!!?? The next day the water leave migrated to the toilet ceiling area and after reporting it several times the maintenance came and said it was from the AC condenser, the water leak never did stop but continued to drip at various rates onto the toilet!
