  Great affordable apartment

  Liked: Facilities were new and modern. It was a good location (15min walk from the old town). The apartment felt safe and secure. The staff were excellent. They checked in via Whatsapp and responded quickly even when I was only asking for brunch recommendations. They were very helpful.

  Disliked: Some furniture was wicker and trapped a lot of dust so we spent a lot of time sneezing in the apartment. The place was very clean, it was just the style of furniture.

  Very nice apartment, good location

  Liked: Lovely apartment, very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for an event at the Plaza de España

  Disliked: Unfortunately the smell from the drains was quite strong at times, but not enough to ruin our stay

  Fantastic apartment, amazing location, strongly recommend

  Liked: Compact but had absolutely everything we needed for a fabulous 3 night stay! Location was amazing. We were a little early and met the cleaner who was very professional and efficient Will happily stay again if in Saville Door locking system was great!

  Disliked: Finding the place, with all the one way systems and lack of signage was tricky, but once there it was great

  Fabulous, spacious and well kitted out Apartment

  Liked: The apartment was very well kitted out with fresh contemporary decorations. The air con was very welcome in a city with very high temperatures. It was a fairly short walk to sights like the Plaza de España, which was spectacular as was the sunset. We loved our stay and very much appreciated the regular communications we received from our hosts. Would definitely return if in Seville 👌🏾

  Disliked: Location on booking.com is misleading as it wasn’t where we thought at time of booking.

  Liked: Comfortabel and clean the room very cute not far from the old town just walk like 10 minutes and comfortable to go to train station by bus C2

  Din’t like it

  Liked: Mattress and pillows were probably a bit better than your average rental.

  Disliked: Very small space for living room especially if you want to use the sofa bed. Ground floor as described in the description, but more of a factor because you are not able to open blinds at any point without being completely exposed. Only two chais in the “dinning” area. One of us had to eat standing. We had a problem with the code being wrong upon arrival. The fridge was set to O and completely filled with water. The a/c unit in the bedroom was constantly blinking big blue letters at all times which doesn’t promote good night sleep. There is washer and not dryer. Plan accordingly. Lost power once. Between all of the issue we had to contact property management at least four times. We got responses and things got addressed except the a/c, but you don’t want to have so many issues to start with. The location wasn’t great for the money. Not far from attractions, but not convenient either. I would not stay again.
