  An Exceptional Stay Thanks to Juan, Luna and Lucia

  Liked: I loved everything about my stay at The Level at Meliá Sevilla! The hotel, the amenities, the food, and especially the wonderful people made my experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Juan, who went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. From having my luggage brought to my room to arranging taxis, a boat ride, and a flamenco experience, he made everything so easy and enjoyable. When I missed my train, Juan went out of his way to help me arrange another night’s stay and surprised me with a thoughtful gift. He and the team could see how upset I was, and their kindness and care truly touched my heart. I felt I was in good hands during a stressful moment, and I will never forget that. Luna and Lucia also helped make my stay so special. Thank you all for your warmth and thoughtfulness! I especially loved the Level experience, with its amazing breakfast options, including the buffet and the exclusive lounge breakfast, as well as the afternoon snacks, drinks, and tapas. There was so much to enjoy! Juan, thank you for making me feel cared for and welcome. It is people like you who turn a hotel stay into a beautiful memory. I can’t wait to come back to Sevilla and stay at The Level again! ❤️

  All in all, very good

  Liked: Excellent breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Very convenient location.

  Disliked: The bathroom was small and cramped and shower floor was slippery. No convenient place to hang the towels. I would have enjoyed the pool if the water was heated

  Quality of the stay Heavily dependent on the type of room you chose

  Liked: Very good breakfast and the pool with the view is really nice. Room is also quite spacious

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the stay at this hotel really depends on the room you choose. The VIP “level” rooms are very nice, modern, clean, well equipped. The Normal rooms, on the contrary, need serious renovations. We saw black mold in the bathroom (our friends staying in similar rooms saw the same and reported it to the staff), the decor is quite old fashioned, it is hard to regulate the temperature properly and you can just tell the rooms are not properly kept (some walls are dirty, some insulating materials in the bathroom coming off, etc). The location is convenient only for plaza de españa, but it is quite far from the city centre itself (over 20 minutes walk). Overall not great value for money.

  Liked: The staff especially Inez and Eva who looked after the pool area.Also the male and female staff who worked both at the pool bar and the lobby bar.Too many names to remember, sorry, but all helping to make a memorable stay for us.

  Lovely hotel in great location

  Liked: We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Hotel was in a great location, pool was very good, although it lost the sun early afternoon so everyone kept moving round to stay in the sun. View from our room on 10th floor of the city was great. There was a bit of a misunderstand regarding us being Level guests, we did not know we had booked it, & the general reception did not tell us the advantages. So 36 hours later we found out. The guest experience manager, Fernando did come to see us on the day we were checking out to apologize which we did appreciate & they also wavered us paying for the 2 drinks we had purchased the first day. He also arranged points for us to use in future bookings as compensation for their failure to tell us what we were entitled to as level guests on arrival. As Fernando made the effort to speak to us & compensate us we will return to the hotel as we often visit Seville.

  Disliked: Pool & most sun-beds lost the sum by early afternoon.
