  Don’t stay here, terrible customer service

  Liked: Good location.

  Disliked: Too small, furniture too big for the space. Shower is a trickle and the curtain too short so the tiny bathroom flooded. Rain water poured in under the front door making it cold and damp. The heating didn’t work. We left early on health grounds for my partners asthma. Contacted the property before leaving and have had no response. They told booking.com we cancelled and didn’t stay. We stayed 2 nights and went to another property to be comfortable, at extra cost to myself. Shocking customer service.

  A lovely place to stay which made our first visit to this amazing city so pleasant!

  Liked: It was so clean, loved the furnishings and the location was perfect. Very quiet at night considering you are in the centre.

  Disliked: Shower curtains flap around so the floor gets wet

  A wee gem

  Liked: Ideal location for shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. But, the apartment itself is off the main street, so it was very quiet at night.

  Liked: Location was outstanding. Right in the middle of the strip with a ton of restaurants and shops. Virtual check-in process was so easy and no issues. Air conditioning stayed cold and kept whole apartment the same temperature.

  Disliked: Shower was very small and had a curtain that kept sticking to your legs when showering. Water would get on the floor immediately as well. Soundproofing in the apartment is not good. If you are a light sleeper, you will probably wake up often during the early morning hours during the week. We were able to sleep in on the weekend though.
