Liked: Lovely apartment located centrally. It was big enough for a family of 4 which was well equipped for a comfortable stay in a home like environment. Thank you!

Disliked: Parking space was very tight for our large rental car.

  Great for bigger groups

Liked: The flat was really big- 5 single beds and a comfortable sofa to relax on. It may not look like, but the flat is well auited for 5+people. Has a shower, kitchen, balcony. The bedrooms have independant air conditioner, which is a must. The flat also has a parking which is ~3min from the flat. It was a challenge to park there, BUT! Don't ve affraid:D If we managed to park there with Renault Captur, which is a big car, you will park there with no problem as well.

Disliked: We stayed there for 2 night, and there was only 2 coffee capsules. Could have been nice to have a more coffee or tea present

Great location, Unclean towels, AC did not work, bedroom light did not work, bleach was inside the washing machine and a

Liked: The location was great. There were many bike rental parking locations nearby. Parking included in the price.

Disliked: The light in the room did not work. Towels and bedsheets had stains on them. We informed the owner right away and thy provided us with new towels. However, they did not fix the light. From this point on, we stopped reporting issues to owner as there were too many and we should have just spent the whole vacation complaining and waiting for issues to get fixed!! The AC in the room did not work and the room was very cold in March. Parking was two blocks away. The washing machine had bleach inside possibly from the previous use and screwed all our clothes!

handy for a stay over en route to another destination

Liked: It was close to the train station (we'd travelled from Madrid) and the airport ( we were flying out the next day), allowing us to try and see Seville for a short visit. The bar where we collected the keys was very nice. There are some nice restaurants locally. If you aren't carrying much luggage, it is close enough to the train station to walk to. Glad there was a lift. Clean. It was a cold night, the heating was good. The kitchen was fine, but we didn't use anything except the kettle. Functional for a 1-night stay.

Disliked: One of THE WORST beds ever. Squeaked all night! Neither my husband nor I could sleep because of it. We woke exhausted. ( the bed beside the door in the first bedroom). The others (there were 5 sgls in total - 4 were made up for us) seemed ok. That bad bed needs replacing immediately.
